About John.
John Kyed is a corporate attorney whose work includes business transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing. Before joining KO Law, he practiced at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck in Denver. He has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch. John earned his undergraduate degree at Stanford and graduated first in his class at DU Law.
