About Cindy.
Cindy Willard leads Capital Activation at Impact Charitable, where she designs partnerships and projects to close capital gaps and support equitable wealth building. Her work includes developing relationships, overseeing grants and investments, and leading communications. She brings experience in impact investing, integrated capital, philanthropic strategy, and program development. She began her career at The Denver Post and later held leadership roles at family, community, and private foundations, developing strategies, investment portfolios, and programs focused on systems change. Her community involvement includes the Greenlight Fund Denver Advisory Council and Vital Capital CDFI.
