About Shannon.
Shannon Flahive is an associate principal at Ensemble Innovation Ventures. She has more than a decade of experience in early-stage investing and consulting, working with companies from formation to exit across consumer goods, healthcare, and technology. Her consulting background includes Cambridge Associates, Boston Consulting, Treacy & Company, and Egg Strategy. Before joining Ensemble, she worked with the Deming Center Venture Fund, Blackhorn Ventures, and Service Provider Capital. She holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
