About Michael.
Michael Bevis is an entrepreneur and industrial-organizational psychologist with experience across leadership, consumer behavior, marketing, finance, and higher education. His academic research focuses on developing emotionally intelligent leaders. He has held higher education roles including director of entrepreneurship, dean, and chief academic officer. Michael brings that background to a conversation about the choices founders make around capital, ownership, and growth.
