AI POLICY

Rich Auntie Capital's Startup School uses artificial intelligence tools to support event planning, marketing, and communications. This policy explains where and how AI is involved.

Where we use AI

We use AI tools to help with tasks such as:

• Drafting marketing copy, emails, and website content, which is reviewed and edited by our team before publishing
• Communicating with attendees before, during, and after the event, such as confirmations, logistics updates, and answers to common questions, to help us respond quickly and keep the event running smoothly
• Researching and identifying potential sponsors and partners
• Supporting design work such as layout and visual concepts, reviewed by our design lead
• Organizing event logistics, scheduling, and internal planning documents

What AI does not do

AI tools do not make final decisions on your behalf. Sponsor agreements, speaker confirmations, and marketing content are reviewed and approved by a member of our team before they are sent or published. Routine attendee communications, such as confirmations and answers to common logistics questions, may be sent with AI assistance without individual review of each message, but they follow guidelines our team has set and are monitored for accuracy. AI is not used to impersonate a real person, and any AI-assisted communication you receive from us is sent on behalf of Startup School and can always be escalated to a real team member on request.

AI and your data

Where AI tools are used to help process attendee, sponsor, or partner information (for example, to help draft a response to your inquiry), your information is handled under the same protections described in our Privacy Policy and Data Use Policy above. We do not use your personal information to train AI models.
