Sponsor logos, names, and descriptions are displayed publicly only once a sponsorship agreement is signed and confirmed.

We do not publish or share individual attendee names, emails, or purchase details on our website or with sponsors, except where an attendee has opted into a specific benefit (such as a sponsor prize drawing) that requires it.
Attendee and sponsor data is retained to support future programming and reporting obligations.
